By purchasing and downloading products from FlowState Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

License Agreement

When you buy a FlowState Media source code, you are purchasing a license to use that code for creating an end product, not the copyright to the code itself.

• Regular License: You may use the source code for your own personal project or a single client project. You cannot use it to build a product that is sold as a service (SaaS) where the end user is charged.
• Extended License: Required if you plan to charge end users for the app (e.g. paid app, in-app purchases, or SaaS model).
• Prohibited Use: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the source code file itself. You cannot sell it as a "template" or "starter kit" on other marketplaces.

Prohibited Usage

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Sub-licensing, renting, or selling the source code files.
• Sharing the direct download link on public forums or warez sites.
• Claiming the source code as your own original work in a portfolio without significant modifications.

Support Policy

We provide support for issues related to the source code bugs and installation queries. We do not provide support for customizing the code to fit unique requirements unless a customization service is purchased.

Disclaimer

Our products are provided "as is". FlowState Media is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from the use of our source codes. It is your responsibility to ensure the app complies with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
